How to Use paper magazines once you have finished reading them.
Not everyone reads child magazine, but you can apply the same theory to any other child parent magazine or womens magazine. They all have a section for recipes, they all have a section for DIY or beauty or even any great articles. You can save all the ones you like in a file and let the actual magazine go in trash.
This way you free up space from your bookshelf too.
I have heaps of Child Magazine mags in my library and so decided to put those mags to use.
Usually, if I like an article I try and bookmark it or flag it however as the magazine comes in every month, old issues are pushed behind in the book rack, never to be noticed. I love 3 sections specially in child magazine, one being the DIY section for crafts, one is the what's cooking or recipes and lastly the activity pages or comic excerpts.
So I decided to do a little DIY myself so I can make best use of these mags Lying on my bookshelf. So here's what I did.
* Just got some new clear folders.
* Tear of the pages of a particular section and made 3 different files.
So now I have a recipe file,to which I keep adding more pages, same for DIY crafts and same for kids activity pages.
And above is the end result.I keep these files handy incase I want to look up a recipe or if I have any kids at home, I can just hand out the activity book to them.
